(SEAMAN), formerly Dragon Interseas Maritime Corporation, is a MARINA-accredited and ISO 9001:2015-certified maritime training center established in 2015 and affiliated with the Primary Group of Builders. It delivers STCW, domestic, and in-house training programs aligned with global standards, helping Filipino seafarers build competence and succeed in international maritime careers.
